Summertime Fun....

Had a few memorable events these last few weeks wanted to blog about.

Attended a Tantric meet up and paired up with a Master Male Yoga instructor [He teaches other folks how to become Yoga Instructors.] to step through some of the processes the Activatress had planned for the evening. One of the processes we had to engage in was face your partner and focus on your Third eye region….The Center of Your Skull, and then one partner extended their awareness and focused on the other as Giver and then u became Receiver. As we turned to face each other, [The Master Yoga Instructor and I began eye gazing.]  My O Soma Drop began dripping profusely! During the exchange the 30 or so folks in the room were quietly engaging in focusing and sharing and then there was the sound of someone swallowing, a number of times in a row. And, then starting to giggle as I started to rush….and swallowing some more and at the end of the exchange I was working not to burst out laughing and rolling on the floor. Mr. Yoga Instructor [first time I had ever met him.] leaned over and whispered I want what you are ON!!!

Then one day a few weeks ago, I had to go for a walk to ground down and played the “What is THAT game.” ….Slowly walking around identifying That’s a CAR, That’s a DOG, That’s a TREE, planting one foot firmly after another, following my Yellow Brick Road… workin’ not to point and laugh. Made it to a local department store where another Man walked up to me and asked, “You’re feelin’ good, Huh? Ya selling any of that stuff?” This guy had obviously recognized my state of expansion as I worked to push the cart around the store identifying TOWELS, TOY TRUCKS, MILK CARTONS, CANDLES….I don’t think I was wearing my sunglasses at the time??? My eyes get dilated the size of dimes at times. And, I have to stay hydrated making sure to drink enough water because the Brain Burn gets tough to deal with at times. Speaking of Water…

Then just last Friday night went for a Full Moon Sail. A party of 10 of us went out on Lake Michigan. We had a sublime Orange-Glowing, low hanging, Full Moon to guide us out of the harbor….Soooo absolutely Beautiful sight! Sister Gaia in HER Glory.  When we got out on the water,  some of us dared the elements to go swimming off the Bow… Too Glorious an experience! As I hung onto the safety line dragging through the water behind the boat, the warm, luxurious water was washing over me at a slow pace (2-3 knots tops) very sensual experience and very stimulating…and O My O Soma Drop started kickin in over-time!!! The other folks on the boat were nodding off and there was I drifting in the Endless Ocean of Bliss, dripping and singing and howling at the Moon. The water was rushing over me, around me and I was RUSHING!!!!!!!! On Fire and quaking with the Beauty and Love of Nature.

Magnum Opus

Met a very interesting woman during my travels today. She is visiting my City from Hawaii. She is a research psychologist working with community mental health care clinics/agencies to aid them to inquire into monitoring and activating the archetypes of their communities. [Thank you Ms. Psychologist for your words of wisdom and gracious conversation. Aloha!]

In conjunction with this synchronistic conversation, I have been reading a book entitled: Aging, Death and the Quest for Immortality. In the final pages of this treatise, it speaks of the Art of Alchemy and the search for the magnum opus. “The Philosopher’s Stone would become the glimmering “elixir of life, “ the universal cure for all diseases. Producing the Philosopher’s Stone was the alchemist’s ultimate dream, for it alone was imagined to be capable of prolonging life indefinitely and securing for the alchemist the “virtue” of eternal youth. The laborious task of producing the Philosopher’s Stone was termed the magnum opus, or GREAT WORK.

As our Great Wheel of Life turns to create the next evolution of our creation, how do we work to reveal the concealed truth on the next rung of our ladder of manifestation? What archetypes are needed in this tumultuous time of transition and turbulence? Can we Co-create this transformation through CREATIVITY and not destruction? Can we evolve the OLD ways of conflict resolution?  How do we manifest a New World Order that serves the Greater Good? How do we fulfill the prophesied completion of our time as spoken of in (1 Corinthians 15:51-54) Behold, I tell you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. 

Historically Western Cultures have labeled this path of the Quest for Immortality as the Path of the Red Lion. Can we collectively, journey together to support our social alchemy to manifest this dream into reality? Is this magnum opus too Great a Work for our time? Can supporting the truth of this laborious task become the goal of our New World Order?

Amortal or Truly Immortality???

Read an article in some magazine lately that labeled the search for the

 in Hollywood as AMORTAL. Seems Immortality  has a new label = AMORTAL. Seems folks are not aging in their pictures and taking to many procedures to maintain their youthful look....Cher and Madonna come to mind in this moment. Kabbalah????

I have found lately that when I awaken while lying on either side, I awaken to feeling the O Soma Drop dripping. When  I awaken lying on my back my tongue is curled in my mouth. Almost every morning I have to move through a time of struggling to get conscious as if through a drugged fog and push out of the horizontal connection with my bed, into a vertical awareness of my body. And these days that has become very difficult because of the pain I have been experiencing in most of my glands =especially my throat of late.

So what do I sense is taking place. Well, two years ago when my chakras were shifting into a total upward aspect, I was experiencing a great deal of pain as well. It took about 6 months to resolve. What did I understand about that stage of transformation?

From Enlightenment by MSI, Appendix 2 = The i∂a and the pi∫galaoriginate in the base chakra and terminate in the sixth chakra. The pi∫gala is white and carriessolar energy and the forces of the day. This energy moves our consciousness upward toward the rational. The i∂a is black and carries lunar energy and the forces of the night. Its downward movement takes us into the unconscious, the source of regeneration, creativity and intuition. In the average person, life energy flows primarily along the i∂a and the pi∫gala, supplying energy to the sense organs and faculties of awareness that maintain the illusion of the world. It is only with the awakening of enlightenment that the energy flows fully and completely up the central channel, the suΩumna. When this happens, the chakras reverse their orientation from downward and outward to upward and inward. So why all the pain and what is changing now? Well, I can only surmise by the level of turmoil in my system that the same kind of energetic process is taking place but in REVERSE!!! My chakras are reversing again as my chakras have grown to stabilize an always, all the time level of inflation, if you will. A month ago I started taking Iodide to alleviate the pain in my neck and to kick up my metabolism to another level. I went through a major expansion in February. When the drip was constantly dripping there for 3 ½ to 4 days in a row. In Chinese Medicine the drip is considered an overflow of good chemicals that need to stay circulating in the blood stream. So, over the last two years I kept growing practices that kept the drip from dripping! And now the chemicals have grown my glands into a new level of pain!!!! My breasts feel like they are lactating, fulminating. They grew from a size C to DDD!

And, here I go trying to figure out what is the next body of practices I need to learn to move out of this pain!!!

I have stepped up my pranayama practices to condition my body to be able to absorb more prana. I am working a part-time position that has pushed me to do a great deal of physical labor…cleaning and painting boats!  And, the pain levels from that conditioning are over the top for it to be just muscle soreness from physical conditioning. The pain in my lungs increases daily along with the soreness at the sides of my neck!!! Have yous guys heard of cases when babies were born with what can only be gills exposed??? [Is the Human Embryo Essentially a Fish with Gills?

Because of the pain in my neck and the pain in my lungs, I can only surmise that this stage of development is pushing me to become a breatharian.

Solve et Coagula

Well, recently I experienced another expansion. I woke up around 3am with the scary feeling of liquid oozing from my ears. My first conclusion was that my ears were bleeding. After quickly turning on my bedside light to see if the fluid was red, I was able to breathe a bit of relief when I found it to be clear and concluded it was watery and not bloody fluid. As I made my way to the bathroom to take care of business the fluid really started to flow. After, I sat to relieve my water waste the fluid flow shifted to my eyes. Almost as soon as my watery waste stream fluid flow began the stream of fluid from my ears shifted to my eyes. And, I was NOT feeling sad for the stream of water to be tears. As my waste stream moved to solid waste disposal the fluid flow moved to my nose. The watery stream shifted quickly and in association with how my wastes were flowing. The stream shifted quickly and was very disconcerting. It just seemed like an up swell of over-flowing clear fluid that finally stopped after my waste streams were cleared.

Why am I writing about this? It was a very strange experience. I later spoke to my acupuncturist about the incident and he said it was part and parcel of the purification my alchemical process was undergoing. The fluid flow was an indication of the damp heat rising. Each of the meridians connecting with the small intestine, gall bladder, bladder and governing meridian are Yang meridians (movement of heat) and end or begin in and around the ears, eyes and nose area.

I have been practicing various Qigong practices [Micro Cosmic Orbit and Embryonic Breathing practices] as well as Willow Waste White Tigress practices and my Advaita Vedanta: Ascension practice.

Sexual Islamic Revolution

We are all watching the Islamic uprising of turbulence and strife about governance and leadership. Where is the Female Leadership in these Nation States??? Without a true Sexual Revolution in the Middle East no real change will occur. There is an HBO series that fleshes out Mormon Multiple partnership marriage = polygamy. This Mormon family deals with many issues that arise within multiple marriages living within a committed polygamist relationship. How many of you reading this understand that the majority of Islamic householders have more than one wife? Yes, culturally it is the norm and in wealthier households the Male Head of the House may have upwards to hundreds of partners in a year, not to mention a life-time. And, we were all affronted at Tiger Woods behavior when his exploits came to light. It is the norm in the upper echelons of many of the worlds cultures. His case and behavior was the ONE that was spot-lighted. It is the norm in many of the wealthier households of our WORLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How many of you are aware of the Sexual Slave Trade? CNN just did a series of specials on the Sexual Slave Trade and how it is alive and thriving in Africa and most of Asia. O and we think badly of Tiger Woods. Al least he didn't keep sex slaves housed in various locations.

When do we women stand up for our conjugal rights. And, even a greater truth is when do MEN begin to honor their Hearts in connection to their genitals???? True enlightenment integrates processes. Only when men understand the deeper processes of conjugal connections and how these relationships grow awareness will we grow into Enlightened Society.

The White Tigress Path high-lights some of these practices. And, even those practices have shadow elements of age-old supremacy and dominance. A very fine fictional story that fleshes out a more Enlightened Male-Female Love Bond is Jade Lee's = Hungry Tigress.


Yesterday, I passed a woman on the street dressed in full-head gear walking with her FOUR children. Tell me that is not slavery. I asked her why she was wearing that covering? And validated to her that she had a Beautiful Face.


Only when our cultural context evolves and we have a true Female Revolution will we have Egalitarian Society.

Breathing Lessons – The Integral Life Practice (ILP) Way.

Well, this morning again the pain has shifted to new and different spaces and places. The various pain filled places on my body move me to recall some of the greatest adventures of all of this lifetime. First off, my right knee is very, very, very pain filled and a bit stiff as I am working to loosen and limber it. I remember it experiencing a pretty frightening bike wreak down a back Kentucky Hallow way back when I was in the Fifth grade. My Mom and I decided to  go for a bike ride one afternoon. She rode my old standard braking bike and I got to ride my Brothers brand spanking new 10 speed bike for the first time. Unbeknownst to him and with my Mother’s permission as she was on the ride with me, he he… Off we went, up and down hill and dale having a grand Ol’ time, when as I was catching wind and speed down a hill, what do ya know here comes a really big truck around a tree shrouded corner. In my automatic old braking response I hit the brakes with my feet and did not stop or slow but lost control. And, hit the road with my knee, shin and chin ending up further down the road, ending in the ditch carrying rocks and dirt in wounds and scraps all along my Louisiana Lily White Ass.

Which makes me think of the second most pain filled area…the lower lumbar region of my spinal column. I took a tumble down a flight of stairs after I caught my heal in the edge of one of the stairs when I was 29. Of course Doctors wanted to do surgery to patch it up; I refused. And, took myself to a reputable Chiropractor. After eight months of adjustments and special exercises I could finally sleep the night through without pain pills. Feeling the F-ing pain of it healing to a deeper level in this moment is just as fun as I remembered it being back then. Falling on your ass hurts whichever way you slice it.

And, my hip joints are painin’ me as well. Another walkabout years back when my hips hit the pavement from rolling out of harm’s way…ending with Two hip pointers and road burn but no broken bones that time. Along with the hip joint pain, an old broken wrist injury is aching as well.

Also in this moment, the soles of my feet are aching something awful. Geez O wheez, don’t really want to remember that walkabout. Lost all ten of my toenails during that adventure, along with some major layers of frost-bitten skin. Luckily, I still have all my little piggies going to the market with me after that rondaveax. (How do ya spell Fido in Cajun French?– Phideaux).

So, in response to these levels and layers of pain my knowing is that ILP just becomes a more vigorous and compassionate journey to work it through the body/mind. Integral Life Practice becomes more complex and healing as one climbs Jacob’s ladder.  

It is my knowing and growing understanding that the most natural way to heal the body is to move it.  And, what could be a more fun endeavor but to move it with a Loving Friend. Ken Wilber concurs with this knowing, but the Dalai Lama doesn’t for in his most knowledgeable treatise, Integral Spirituality - Wilber states, “According to his secretary, The Dalai Lama believes homosexuality is a sin, anal sex is a sin, and oral sex is bad karma, etc. When everybody KNOWS that oral sex is not bad karma, only bad oral sex is bad karma!” (Wilber, 2006).

So, here I sit hurting, healing, greening and rolling on my balance ball as my chair working out the kinks in my body/world.

I AM NUMBER FOUR: The Work of the Kabbalist.

Have you seen the movie: I AM NUMBER FOUR??? For those who have the skills to see and interpret the material presented it is a very clear and informative depiction of what the Work of the Kabbalist requires. Jesus knew of this work, he spoke of it to his disciples in parables. Matthew recounted this knowledge in his (now Historical Biblical reference) Matthew 7:14 – “Straight is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadth into life, and few there be that find it.”

Well, there are a few in this Post-modern age that found the straight gate. One must evolve the skills to maneuver, via the Path of the Sages, into and through the STRAIGHT GATE.  My Spiritual Teacher MSI taught, “Mastery brings freedom throughout the structure of creation, for one who is re-aligned with the omnipresent Source of all that is gains the ability to leave the body along the Solar Path, the Path of the Sages, at will.” (MSI: Enlightenment. Pada III Sutra 40)

Now in this statement one Key to Understand, among many is the understanding of the term: AT WILL. Does this will have a personal tone? Is will a collective term? How does one grow will?

I find answers to conundrums in interesting places. This passage written by Rajesh Singh: Human Species and Beyond states: “ It is in this context that the impending spiritualization of life, suggested so strongly by the current amount of total anarchy and confusion, provides us with pointers. If we choose to follow them, the ongoing separation of the important domains of life –political, economic, and religious –can be evolved to pave way for actions and thoughts that derive their fuel from a never-dying passion to give man his due.  This being the recognition of his psychic self, which seeks to grow but with the help of such helpful attendant factors that give life cohesion and tranquility. Foremost among these factors is the recognition of a UNIVERSAL value-framework of life that relegates to the backwaters values that create mutual distrust and unhealthy competition, and substitutes in their place adherence to the inviolable ethos of mutual respect and compatibility. Rousseau was wrong to think that man was BORN FREE. He is born to BECOME FREE by advancing his individual psychic self to new levels of growth that can only come through by assimilating in his person the lessons emerging from a new SET OF LIFE. The problem is not that of finding suitable material circumstances to live the life out by its convenient consumption. The problem is that of making the man free by ensuring his growth by means of sociopolitical circumstances that are directed to the end-purpose of his spiritual growth. It is only by attaining supramentalhood that man shall eventually become free. It is this that shall immune us from the fear of death and state in explicit terms how we continue to live after death and get reborn innumerable number of times. And yes, there is there is no rebirth of the soul. In knowing our noumenal selves, we shall rise above the obsessive commitments of short-term lives and awaken to the stakes that stretch beyond millions and billions of years.” P 135.

Now, in this moment of reflection and connection are we at the place in our psychic noumenal development to inhabit THESE vehicles of THIS birth to achieve, grow beyond, evolve into BEING millions and billions of years in this Holy Vessel???

My statement of truth is this: There are many who are doing this work ALREADY and are NOT understanding what it is they are truly engaged in DOING!!! We who have come to lead this march are being relegated to the back of the bus by the leadership of ignorance and powers in place that have not yet been initiated in this Life Set of Skills.

"Gnothi Seauton" ....Know Thyself has many levels of meaning. The Deeper you go, the more you know. Higher up; IS Deeper IN!!!!!
